United States

The United States began its existence when the Continental Congress declared Independence on 4 July 1776, and is currently approaching its Millennial Anniversary.

Currently, the United States is comprised of 148 states and 13 territories. There have been 274 elected US Presidents and one Director. Since most of the United States does not reside on the planet Earth, it is no longer colloquially referred to as “America.”

The capital of the United States is Washington at the District of Omaha (D.O.). It was moved from Washington, D.C. to Omaha, Nebraska in the aftermath of the 1/12 Disaster, when Islamic Terrorists detonated an Iranian nuclear bomb in D.C. during the inauguration of President Christopher Mitchell.

The United States still has a Congress and a Supreme Court. There are 57,235 Members of the House, and 296 Senators. There are 11 members of the Supreme Court.
